Welcome to Luminary Wellness!
My name is Patricia Ode and I am the creator behind all things Luminary Wellness, a space for those interested in physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual evolution.
Over the past 10 years I have moved through many chapters in life from chronically sick to thriving. From working 70 hour weeks for companies that didn’t care about me to living in full entrepreneurship.
With a background in business, plant-based nutrition, detoxification for chronic illness, owning a raw vegan dessert/catering business, launching multiple online wellness & mentorship programs, & hosting wellness retreats….I am definitely a “jack of all trades” and I totally embody that.
I love to travel to the mountains (so much so that I moved from Michigan to Sedona in 2021) and play in nature as I believe nature provides the answers we are constantly searching for.
Society has done a fantastic job at creating unrealistic expectations for us and we have come to a place of disconnect and burnout always trying to fit into someone else’s mold. I am here to remind you that we must get out and play. No matter what the age! Nature brings us back home. Home is within.
Luminary Wellness is about embodying who you are. The unique you that was put on this earth to create, connect, learn, share, and to ultimately move towards enlightenment.
